Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Exchanges: For exchanges, please return the original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
